PAYMENT

Our payment Terms is 30% deposit with the order and 70% balance paid 7 days before shipment. If the amount is small, it is better to full pay with the order to save the bank charges. We will start to produce your order after get your deposit or full payment. We do not accept Cheque, Credit Card, Pay Pal.

We currently Accept Payments via Wire Transfer, Western Union and Money Gram only 

SHIPPING

Your purchase will be shipped via UPS and DHL. Shipping charges are based on total weight of shipment and Shipping Zone. We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

DAMAGED ITEMS / SHORT SHIPMENTS / WRONG GOODS RECEIVED

We must be notified within 4 working days of receipt of the parcel of any Damaged or Missing Goods or goods other than those ordered. Notification may be by either phone, fax or email. We will exchange any goods received which were not ordered as soon as we receive them back from you in Good Condition, Unused and Resaleable. Return Postage will be credited to the customer's account

RETURNS

Do not return items without notifying us. All returns are EXCHANGE ONLY and will be replaced with the same item ordered. Store credit will be given only when an exchange is not possible.

Warranty

We warrant that the Products will be free from Defects in Design, Materials.

LIABILITY

Our Liability under any order shall not exceed the price of the goods ordered.
We shall not be Liable for any Indirect or Consequential Loss.

SAMPLES

No problem for us to send you samples if we have stock, but you will have to pay the freight and cost. Our samples free of charge only send to our regular customers.

POLICIES & MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to make changes to our Site, Policies, Prices and these Conditions of use at any time with out any notice. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
